Terms & Conditions

  • Children under 7 ride free on the ski facilities when accompanied by a parent.
  • Discounted passes for children, can be purchased upon presenting a document proving age.
  • Ski passes are non-transferable. In case of misuse, the pass will be confiscated without compensation.
  • The value of the pass is non-refundable and it will not be reissued for another day in case of unfavorable weather conditions, loss, power outages, or other circumstances beyond the operator’s control.
  • The pass price includes “Mountain Insurance”.
  • The resort operator reserves the right to change the start and end dates of the season depending on weather conditions, snow cover, and other force majeure circumstances.
  • The resort operator reserves the right to change pass prices in the event of objective reasons leading to increased service costs.
  • Children aged 7 to 13 use a discounted pass; when purchasing, proof of the child’s age may be required.
